Medox specializes in the delivery of Home Oxygen Equipment. Our Respiratory Therapist and Service Technicians are ready and eager to assist you in anyway that we can. We will educate patients on the proper use of their equipment as well as provide regular follow-ups as needed to ensure compliance to treatment. No one is left without Oxygen with our 24hr on-call service.
Oxygen Concentrator
The Oxygen Concentrator generates oxygen in the patient's home around the clock or as needed. The machine we use is virtually maintenance-free. It will detect loss of oxygen as well as low percentage output with its built-in alarm system. Furthermore, our Service Technicians are available at all times for any equipment concerns patients may have.
Portable Cylinders
Cylinders come in many sizes. The larger the size the more oxygen it holds however, the heavier and bulkier it gets. That is why our Service Technicians are trained to assist you in determining what is best for you and your lifestyle.
Conserving Devices
A conserving device will will dispense oxygen by the breath therefore conserving oxygen and extending the use of a cylinder. It is a common mistake that people think anybody can be on a conserver. It is a doctor prescribed item and Medox will not dispense without a prescription.
Pulse Oximeters
Pulse oximeters will measure patient's oxygen level. Patients should not attempt to treat themselves with the use of these devices unless directed by their physician. Medox will only dispense with a prescription from a physician. Note: medicare will generally not cover for a conserving device. Our Respiratory Therapist may from time to time use this for use as reference data for your records and physician.
