We strive for 100% patient compliance. Understanding that it is not easy for new CPAP patients, we are prepared to spend as much time as needed to assist them with the use of their equipment. Every patient has his/her unique situation and we will determine the solution that best fits that scenario. We have experienced many different types of nasal devices and can offer quick solutions.

Infection Control Program
Keeping equipment and supplies clean is an important part of a proper treatment. From the initial set-up to the continual use of the CPAP or Bi-Level CPAP, we are there everystep of the way to help the patient. The Infection Control Program(Supply Program) is our way of keeping informed of patient's supplies replacements as well as ensuring compliance. Patients will get monthly reminders on the supplies needed to properly use the equipment. These supplies include: Nasal Devices(Masks), Headgear, Tubing and filters.

Three Steps In Keeping Your Mask Clean
1. Wash the mask in warm water with a mild soap and air dry; no need to disassemble the mask. Avoid soap with moisturizers.
2. Wash your face thoroughly before using your mask.3. Inspect your mask. Replace the mask if the cushion becomes hardened or if any parts become damaged.
